Job summary

Radiate Hospitality in downtown Portland is seeking a Valet to help deliver Legendary Service by parking and retrieving guest vehicles with care. The role includes greeting guests, coordinating arrivals and departures, and assisting guests with belongings.

Open Saturdays and Sundays; prior valet or hospitality experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required. Radiate Hospitality offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valet and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive automatic and standard transmission.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid/unexpired Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing Legendary Service and teamwork.
• Greeting, welcoming, and accommodating all guests.
• Providing a seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
• Handling guest belongings, luggage, clothing, and vehicles with care and respect.
• Transporting hotel guest in hotel town car safely and efficiently.
• Valet Parking guest cars to and from the parking garage.
• Assuring a quick and discreet departure while conveying appreciation and hope to return.
• Assisting elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed.
