Comstock is seeking a friendly and dependable Valet Parking Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests at the JW Marriott. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly while ensuring safety and professionalism.

You will greet guests, explain parking procedures, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced hotel environment in Reston, VA. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, along with fluency in English and a strong commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-service experience or more.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and ability to present driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screenings.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers on arrival and departure at JW Marriott hotel.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Document vehicle damage before parking.
• Accurately record location of valeted vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company procedures.
• May assist with front desk tasks or other duties as needed.
