Job summary

SP+ Hospitality is hiring a Valet Attendant for Kimpton Surfcomber Miami Beach. The role requires customer-facing duties, knowledge of local streets, and careful vehicle handling in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is $13 per hour plus tips, with both full-time and part-time contracts. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available to support guest experience at the hotel location.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.
• A valid state driver's license with a current address and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist guests with requests and provide directions.
• Know local streets and landmarks to help guests with directions.
• Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to customers.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and report any findings.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic laws at all times.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to management.
• Arrive on time and maintain a neat uniform for shifts.
• Assist management with additional duties to ensure smooth operations.
