Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid state driver's license with current address and driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work second, third shifts and weekends as needed.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (documentation required).
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to issues.
• Ability to read, write, add and subtract US currency and understand memos and emails.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and stay calm during changes and delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, proactively communicating with clients.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the shift duration.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
