Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time roles in Pittsburgh, PA. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and explain parking rates to customers.

Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license for 2+ years, be energetic and customer‑focused, and able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. The job is outdoor, active, and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Able to resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Impress us by maintaining the company uniform appearance and by being a pleasant presence to guests.
• Be outdoors and active most of your day, standing/walking, and sometimes lifting up to 50lbs.
• May be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
