Job Details

Location: Lone Star Headquarters - CARROLLTON, TX 75006
Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly
Shift: Any

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival and departure with courtesy and enthusiasm.
• Safely operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Efficiently run to and from parking areas while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with fellow attendants and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guests' belongings and vehicles with care and respect.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk (or run) for the entirety of your shift (8+ hours).
• Repeatedly enter and exit various types of vehicles, including low‑profile and high‑clearance models.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (e.g., moving cones or signage).
• Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions, including extended periods outdoors.

Work Environment

• This position is 100% outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind should be expected.
• Shifts will not be canceled due to inclement weather; all team members are expected to report for scheduled shifts regardless of weather.
• A fast‑paced environment that requires high energy, quick reflexes, and strong situational awareness.
