You will operate parking equipment, assist guests with directions, and support event parking as needed. Flexible weekend hours and a requirement to pass background checks are part of joining our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; manual transmission experience desirable.
• Ability to operate parking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Background screening must be passable.
• Strong communication with diverse guests and team members.
• Valet experience is required and highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide directions as needed.
• Safely operate parking equipment and vehicles, including manual transmissions.
• Manage parking lot traffic flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Assist guests with questions about policies, directions, or local info.
• Monitor the area for safety concerns or maintenance issues and report.
• Keep the parking area clean, organized, and properly signposted.
• Support guest services like delivering vehicles to designated areas.
• Use cash handling skills to manage transactions during busy periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively.
