Qualifications

• Provide high level customer service to guests and team members.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Able to follow safety protocols and deliver courteous service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with parking vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Drive and maneuver guests' vehicles to designated spots, following safety procedures.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly and assist with luggage as needed.
• Welcome guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage storage, retrieval, and room delivery as required.
• Provide transportation arrangements and restaurant reservations guidance when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of the valet area and report hazards to management.
