Qualifications

• Must be able to complete assigned tasks.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently or in a team.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and assist with parking vehicles.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring timely service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Carefully handle vehicles to avoid any damage during valet process.
• Report any damages or issues with vehicles to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep the valet area clean and organized and maintain order.
• Perform routine inspections of the parking area for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Provide clear instructions to customers regarding valet procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
