Premium Parking Cincinnati is seeking a Valet Attendant for the morning shift to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide friendly, professional service that ensures a smooth guest experience. You will join a hospitality team focused on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.
• Walk, bend, sit, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles (automatic and manual).
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, and parking needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and note pre-existing damage.
• Help manage traffic flow and keep drive lanes clear.

Monday through Friday 8AM - 4PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required
• Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment
• Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns

QualificationsRequired Job Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required
• 3 years of licensed driving experience
• Walk at a brisk pace or jog
• Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly
• Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
• May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
• Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity

Preferred:

• Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
• Previous experience in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
