Job summary

Public Job Source USA is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide excellent guest service in a hotel setting. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, greet guests, and offer information about the hotel and area. Previous valet experience is preferred but not required; a valid license and clean driving record are needed.

The role includes a $15.00/hour daytime/evening pay, $16.00/hour for overnight shifts, with occasional attendance bonuses and tips in addition to pay.

About This Opportunity

Seeking a Valet Attendant to provide excellent service to hotel guests and visitors. This position is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, greeting guests, and providing helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous valet experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, an excellent driving record, and the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $15.00/hour for day and evening shifts

$16.00/hour for overnight shift, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Tips in addition to hourly pay

Schedule: Days will vary based on business needs. Candidates must have schedule flexibility.

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles from the on-site parking garage.
• Visually inspect vehicles before taking possession and document any existing conditions.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide general hotel information.
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities, services, hours, and the surrounding area.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area.
• Keep vehicle keys and valet tickets properly organized and secured.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous valet experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, grasp, and lift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
