Valet Attendant $15.00/HR The Brewhouse Inn & Suites/On Tap is looking for fun and outgoing people to work on our team as part time Valet Attendants. As a Valet Attendant on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Greet all guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage as needed. Provide guests with clear valet instruction, including accurate retrieval times, billing details, accurate wait times, and safety information. Inspect all vehicles for pre-existing damage and document any findings prior to parking the vehicle. Park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Maintain an organized and efficient valet area to ensure smooth operations. Store keys securely with a unique identifier, avoiding the use of license plate numbers. Keep track of valet tickets and vehicle locations to prevent delays and mix-ups. Provide directions, information, and recommendations about the hotel and local attractions. Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols. Report any parking structure issues, incidents or damage to vehicles to the Valet Supervisor immediately. Other duties as assigned. The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: Prior experience as a valet, parking attendant, or in customer service role is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and have a motor vehicle record that meets the standards of insurability set by the insurance carrier. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions vehicles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and efficiency.
