Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to hotel guests.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions; parking does not stop in rain, snow, heat, or cold.
• Must enjoy physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting with luggage, running, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs in parking garages.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valet parking experience preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, and perform physical activities including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and balancing.
• Ability to stand for long periods and run as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
