Role Description The Valet Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Buckhead, GA. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, managing keys, and maintaining organized traffic flow in designated areas. The Valet Attendant will provide courteous, professional customer service, assist with directions or local information, and support a smooth arrival and departure experience. Duties also involve accurate cash handling where applicable, documenting transactions, and following established procedures and safety guidelines. The role requires close coordination with fellow team members and property staff to uphold BPark’s hospitality standards and operational expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong valet parking skills, including safe driving, vehicle handling, and key management.

• Accurate cash handling skills and basic record-keeping abilities for payments and tickets.
• Willingness to participate in and apply training related to safety, service standards, and property procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable punctuality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies and uniform guidelines.
• Prior experience in valet, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
