LAZ Parking is seeking Valet Attendants for our airport operations in Colorado Springs, offering flexible part-time and full-time schedules. You will greet arriving and departing travelers, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining organized traffic flow and high service standards.

The role emphasizes customer-focused interaction, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifications

Schedule & Availability

This position supports airport parking operations that serve travelers seven days a week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Flexibility to work varying schedules is preferred.

The Spirit of the Position

As a Valet Attendant, you are often the first and last person travelers interact with during their airport parking experience. Your professionalism, sense of urgency, and commitment to exceptional customer service help create a smooth and stress‑free experience for customers traveling to and from the airport.

You will safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, assist travelers with luggage, provide directions and information, maintain organized traffic flow, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

Valet Operations

• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner.
• Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
• Manage vehicle keys according to company procedures.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document existing vehicle conditions when required.
• Direct traffic and maintain organized vehicle flow in high-volume areas.
• Ensure parking areas remain clean, safe, and operationally efficient.
• Protect customer vehicles while they are in company care.
• Support teammates and assist during peak travel periods.

• Maintain professionalism while working independently or as part of a team.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous valet, airport, transportation, parking, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment.
• Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, wind, and snow.

• Bend, stoop, squat, and move frequently throughout a shift.
• Safely enter and exit a wide variety of vehicles.
• Walk long distances throughout parking facilities and operational areas.
