• Comfortable working outside in all weather elements (heat, rain, cold).
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule based on club activity and event volume.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and assist with entry, doors, and coordination of valet service.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with promptness and accuracy, maintaining order and professionalism.
• Maintain safety and security of vehicles and contents while on club property.
• Keep the entrance, porte-cochere, patio, and driveway neat and orderly.
• Deliver curbside service and assist members with transporting items as needed.
• Work outdoors in varying weather, staying cheerful, attentive, and approachable.
• Adhere to club safety guidelines, service standards, and uniform appearance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Summary

To give immediate attention to members arriving at the Town Club. Open car doors and greet everyone with a warm welcome, confirm their name before personally obtaining their keys and provide a fond farewell upon departure. Park members' vehicles safely and expediently in an organized fashion while maintaining a sense of urgency. Must always demonstrate professionalism in appearance and attitude, as the valet attendant is the first person a member sees when arriving. Embody Cherokee's standards by creating positive emotional connections, demonstrating genuine care, and showing respect to ensure an exceptional experience for every member.

Duties & Responsibilities

• A relentless desire to serve others with an enthusiastic, positive attitude and a high level of hospitality focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect warmly and professionally with members and team members.
• Assist club members in getting into and out of their cars, safely parking and retrieving vehicles with promptness and accuracy.
• Maintain a sense of urgency by running to and from vehicles to meet member needs efficiently.
• Ensure the overall safety and security of vehicles and their contents while on Cherokee property.
• Maintain the immediate appearance, cleanliness, and order of the club entrance, porte-cochere, patio, and driveway.
• Perform routine facilities upkeep, including clearing trash or debris, and keeping designated outdoor areas neat.
• Deliver curbside service and assist members with transporting personal items or club gear as needed.
• Perform periodic check-ins at the entrance area to assist arriving and departing members proactively.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures while remaining cheerful, attentive, and approachable.
• Maintain strict adherence to club safety guidelines, service standards, and professional appearance in your issued uniform.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by leadership.
