Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times
• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage as needed
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Drive vehicles carefully and follow all traffic laws and company procedures
• Record vehicle information accurately and issue claim tickets
• Monitor and maintain an organized and safe parking area
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Respond quickly to guest questions and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Report any vehicle damage, safety concerns, or incidents immediately to management
• Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
• Protect company and guest assets
• Develop relationships with all departments and communicate regularly

Minimum Physical Requirements

The Valet role requires standing for long periods or entire shifts; walking, running, and moving quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas; grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight; moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting with assistance; entering and exiting various vehicle types repeatedly; working outdoors in varying weather conditions; performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
