Job summary

Eaton’s Power Components Division seeks a Furnace Engineer for our Horseheads, NY plant to lead engineering and technical efforts on vacuum and belt furnace systems. You will drive reliability, maintenance strategies, process optimization, and capital projects, coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize uptime and product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience with belt furnaces or high-temperature furnaces.
Strong knowledge of vacuum and thermal-processing furnace systems.
Ability to perform structured root-cause analysis and maintenance planning.
