Job summary

Syneos Health in Virginia is seeking an experienced Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare Sales professional to drive revenue and build external relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders. You will implement the sales plan, deliver compelling presentations, and ensure regular territory coverage according to a defined plan of action.

Responsibilities include maintaining territory data, complying with reporting and regulatory requirements, and traveling as needed (overnights/weekends) to meet targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of pharma or healthcare sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must reside within the defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory information and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
