Job summary

Vaxxinova US, in Willmar, MN, is hiring an Associate Manufacturing Technician for our Small Autogenous Lab. You will participate in vaccine production using SRP technology, handle daily operations and contribute to process improvements. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Requires basic math, MS Office proficiency, good documentation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Two years of manufacturing experience preferred and a high school diploma or equivalent; AS degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AS degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (centrifuges, filtration, growth flasks, homogenizers).
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment.
• Prepare liquid media for processes.
• Bottle final vaccine lots and prep for packaging.
• Assist other technicians with troubleshooting.
• Document work and maintain process records.
• Assist other departments when schedules permit.
• Maintain clean, sterile work environment.
• Promote safety and a positive work culture.
