Job summary

LifeHealth Vaccinators are responsible for administering vaccination services at wellness events, typically in a corporate office setting, across the US. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time.

Essential duties include administering vaccines, monitoring participants, maintaining cold chain, and ensuring accurate screening results while delivering excellent customer service and privacy.

Qualifications

• Medical credentials required in the state administering vaccinations.
• Minimum of 1 year experience administering vaccinations.
• Proficient in taking manual blood pressure.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance required.
• Willing to travel.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current BLS or ACLS through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations at wellness events, typically in corporate offices.
• Monitor participants during vaccination and manage adverse reactions if necessary.
• Receive vaccines for assigned events and maintain Cold Chain as required.
• Ensure participant identity and eligibility is identified and all screening results are captured.
• Complete event setup, take down and maintenance; provide exceptional customer service; protect participant privacy.
• Complete administrative duties such as check-in/out, paperwork differentiation and PHI consolidation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LifeHealth LLC (LifeHealth), a professional services company specializing in worksite wellness services, clinical staffing, and healthcare readiness is looking for PRN staff to participate in LifeHealth Worksite Wellness screenings across the US.

Location: Denver and surrounding cities

Position Summary:

LifeHealth Vaccinators are responsible for administering vaccination services at wellness events, typically in a corporate office setting. Vaccination services include influenza, COVID-19, MMR, Hep-B, and additional vaccinations upon request. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of wellness events while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Administer vaccinations while complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations
• Monitor participants during the vaccination process and manage adverse reactions if necessary
• Receive vaccine for assigned events and maintain Cold Chain as required per vaccination guidelines.
• Ensure participant identity and eligibility is identified and all screening results are captured accurately
• Complete event set up, take down and maintenance Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy
• Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation and PHI consolidation as necessary
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Medical credentials required (LPN, RN, NP) in the state administering vaccinations. Please note some states require specific medical licenses.
• Minimum of 1 year experience administering vaccinations
• Must be proficient in taking manual blood pressure
• Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and adapt to different environments.
• Must be able to work extended hours that require active movement on a continuous basis.
• Must be able to maintain HIPAA and OSHA Compliance.
• Willing to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current BLS or ACLS through the American Heart Association

Physical Demands:

• Position will require standing or walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to access files, supplies and equipment
• Will be required to move/transport supplies from one place to another Ability to lift up to 40lbs
