Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a CWP Bench Pharmacist - Vaccination Initiative in Starkville, MS. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead Pharmacy Technician staff, and oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workflow in a busy onsite setting.

The role requires a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, an active state license, and an immunization certification. Benefits are available after 90 days, and a 401(k) with company match applies after one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree; active license in state.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Manage and oversee all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel, inventory, and workflow.
• Implement patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
• Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Motivate, develop, and balance assignments for Pharmacy Support Staff to maximize team strengths.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
• Lead team efforts to achieve pharmacy goals, adapt to change, and deliver better health outcomes.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
