Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Vacation Sales Agent for an on-site role at American Dream Mall, East Rutherford, NJ. If you enjoy talking to people and driving commission, this is a fast-paced, rewarding position with room for growth.

You will engage families, promote vacation experiences, book reservations, and manage guest information using CRM tools. Training is provided; top performers earn substantial commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems.
• No prior sales experience needed; training provided.

Compensation : Training Pay (First 60 Days): $22.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. After Training: $17.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Top performers regularly earn $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earning potential.

CompensationThe hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $22.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
