Job summary

Capital Vacations in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a detail-oriented reservations agent to support owners with Club & Legacy bookings and payments. The role requires effective communication, multitasking, and the ability to handle calls, emails, and chat channels in a fast-paced office.

Training is provided with paid hours, and Saturdays may be required after training. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) after 90 days, paid time off, and vacation discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with MS Office suite.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist owners with questions about Club & Legacy ownership.
• Handle variable shifts and flexible hours as required.
• Communicate via phone, email, outbound and chat channels as needed.
• Complete or assist with reservations and troubleshooting to convert calls to bookings.
• Ensure maintenance fees or loan payments are current before bookings.
• Sell additional products and services to contribute to revenue.
• Manage calls, emails, and texts and return messages.
• Maintain high quality and meet department goals.
