Job summary

Grand Welcome Great Smoky Mountains Franchise, a Brown and Buchanan Ventures Company, seeks an Assistant Field Manager to ensure guest-ready vacation homes. You’ll inspect properties onsite, verify inventory, and report damages, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams using Office365 and inspection apps.

You’ll work 30–40 hours weekly, with pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Prior hospitality or inspection experience is a plus, and you must live within 30 minutes of

• Proven ability to notice and report property issues with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage properties to ensure guest readiness and high standards.
• Perform post-cleaning inspections, verify inventory and assess conditions.
• Identify maintenance needs and perform small repairs as needed.
• Document inspection data and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
