Job summary

Beachside VR is seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Cleaner to prepare homes for guest check-in on Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. You will reset spaces between stays, refresh linens, and ensure every area is guest-ready with meticulous attention to detail and a timely schedule.

Ideal candidates have cleaning experience in vacation rentals or hotels, own a reliable car for property hopping, and can commit to Sundays and Mondays with punctual, thorough work habits.

Responsibilities

• Restock supplies and amenities like toiletries, paper goods and kitchen basics.
• Report damage, maintenance issues or missing items with photos for rapid action.
• Finish each clean on time and lock up properly when leaving.

About the brand

Beachside VR manages vacation homes on Florida's Space Coast, around Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island. Our guests come for the beach, the surf and the rocket launches, and they expect to walk into a home that feels ready for them. In a market with back-to-back arrivals, a clean home is the first thing a guest notices and the first thing they write about.

The role

You are the person who gets every home ready for the next guest. Between checkout and check-in, you clean and reset the house so it looks and feels like nobody was there before: fresh linens, spotless bathrooms and kitchen, everything stocked and in its place. You are also our eyes inside the home. If something is broken, missing or not working, you are the one who spots it and reports it before a guest does.

It is a role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, works well against a schedule and notices the details. A room that looks clean from the door is not the same as a room that is clean. If a home is yours, you leave it guest-ready.

Where you sit

You sit in Housekeeping and work closely with the maintenance and guest experience teams. You travel between homes in the Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island area, so you need your own car. Sundays and Mondays are our busiest turnover days, and you need to be available on both. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available.
