Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select, pull, and build accurate customer orders within a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport and stage product.
• Build stable pallets according to company safety and quality standards.
• Perform heavy lifting while selecting and stacking product throughout the shift.
• Maintain accuracy while pulling orders to meet productivity and shipment deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with other selectors and warehouse team members to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper equipment use and lifting techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, including working every weekend with two weekday days off.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support distribution operations.
• Starting pay is $20/hr. and goes up to $28/hr. based on performance.

Position Summary:

The Casual Worker/Vacation Relief position will be performing general warehouse duties, either part-time or on an on-call basis for our Jessup distribution center.
