Travel + Leisure Co. at Club Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and assist with registration, reservations, and inquiries.

You will help create memorable vacations from check-in to check-out, while delivering friendly service in a busy resort setting. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm welcomes from check-in to check-out.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify that charges are accurate in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns quickly and completely.
