Sunkissed Getaways seeks a motivated Vacation Account Manager to support clients through the reservation process. You will handle client communication by phone, email, and virtual platforms, coordinate reservations, and maintain detailed records in our CRM.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to research options, manage multiple accounts, and work independently in a remote setting. Training is provided and scheduling flexibility is offered to support client needs.

• Communicate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.
• Respond to client questions and assist with resolving concerns.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify additional services that may be relevant to client needs.
• Complete administrative and customer-service tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client relationship.

This position involves managing client accounts, coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate records, and providing ongoing customer support.
