Verità Telecommunications Corporation in Akron, OH, is seeking a Vac Truck Operator to safely operate and maintain vacuum trucks, removing liquids, sludge, and solids from job sites while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures.

You will perform industrial cleaning tasks such as hydro-excavation, tank cleaning, and line flushing, handle waste transport to approved facilities, complete logs and service reports, and work with supervision and customers on site.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A or B).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Vac Truck Operator

Position Summary

The Vac Truck Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining vacuum trucks to safely remove, transport, and dispose of non-hazardous and hazardous materials (liquids, sludge, and solids) from job sites. This role requires strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures.

Pay: $30 and up

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform industrial cleaning services such as hydro-excavation, tank cleaning, and line flushing
• Load and unload waste materials using vacuum hoses and pumping systems
