Jackson Physician Search seeks a BC Medical Director of Trauma-Critical Care to lead a 510-bed Level II trauma program in Newport News, Virginia, focusing on trauma, acute care surgery and surgical critical care.

The Medical Director will participate in executive meetings, lead process-improvement initiatives, manage staff scheduling and call, enforce policies, support team engagement, and provide overall program oversight.

Seeking a BC Medical Director of Trauma-Critical Care to lead a high-performing team specializing in trauma, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care, working alongside physicians and APPs.

Job Highlights

• 510-bed non-profit teaching hospital. Level II trauma center. Epic EMR with AI enhancements.
