Job summary

DirectShifts seeks a General Medicine physician to perform VA C&P disability examinations, review medical records, and complete DBQs with no prescribing or ongoing patient care.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely evaluations, maintaining HIPAA compliance and VA guidelines. Flexible scheduling is offered (FT/PT/PRN).

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Medicine (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience with disability evaluations or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Veterans' medical records and relevant documentation before each evaluation.


• Conduct comprehensive General Medicine examinations.
