Job summary

Empower Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to perform VA Compensation & Pension evaluations as a non-treatment, non-therapeutic contractor. Evaluations may be conducted in person or via telehealth, with pay on a per-evaluation basis and flexible scheduling.

You will conduct objective evaluations, use VA guidelines, and prepare required reports with clear, unbiased findings while maintaining non-clinical boundaries.

Qualifications

• PhD from an APA-accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
• Active Psychologist license.
• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured psychological evaluations for Veterans based on VA guidelines.
• Utilize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and standardized assessment tools.
• Document findings clearly and concisely in VA-required formats.
• Provide factual, unbiased assessments without influencing outcomes.
