Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking a Benefits Advisor to support VA transition activities for Hanscom AFB in Lincoln, MA. The role serves as an entry-level instructor delivering established curriculum, training tools, and ensuring course content and delivery meet objectives.

The position is full-time on an SCA contract with a budgeted salary of $20.32 per hour plus health and wellness payments. Travel may be included; a background in training, HR, or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ equivalent work/military experience.
• Preferred emphasis in Training, Education, Career Counseling, or HR.
• Appropriate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Executing non-event Activities at assigned installation
• Participate in weekly Site Lead meetings
• Execute quality management activities at assigned installation and across the program
• Deliver onsite activities and execute post-event data collection activities
• Travel may be included

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ equivalent work/military experience
