Boeing Global Services (BGS) seeks a Quality Assurance Representative to support V-22 modification efforts at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. This is a long-term international assignment for a minimum of 3.5 years, with relocation benefits provided.

The role involves leading a diverse team, conducting inspections, maintaining QA directives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements on-site in Japan.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance/modification.
• 3+ years of V-22 aircraft experience.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR, 7-level).
• Experience in interpreting and utilizing aircraft technical data.
• Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3).

Aufgaben

• Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
• Performs inspections on aircraft for modification activities on the V-22 platform
• Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
• Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
• Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
• Documents audit results in standard formats
• Works under general direction
