Job description

Candidates must be able to present a portfolio showing a variety of work – flows, landing pages, emails, text messages, and push notifications.

6 years of user experience writing experience with a major emphasis on UX flows. Very familiar with working with a content design system, style guides, and search engine optimization tools to create/align content to standards, tone, etc.

History of working cross-functionally with business, design, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to identify business problems, provide content opportunities, present project-level content strategy solutions, and drive for cohesive and compliant content across platforms.

Very familiar with Figma:

1. To conventionalize the screens and wireframe them, sharing with all stakeholders and iterating the wireframe screens.
2. To test with sample users to ensure that the developed output meets the specified requirements.
3. To understand the user and create a persona (user description) and scenario (interaction with product).
4. To utilize the current product (heuristic evaluation) or findings obtained, competitor product analysis, customer feedback.
5. To review and validate the wireframes as per the requirements and user research inputs given by UXD juniors.
