DLRdmv is seeking a UI/UX Developer to help grow our software products in the automotive/eTitling space. You will join a fast-moving team and contribute to the next generation of our applications.

Key duties include building UI mockups, fixing UX issues, and collaborating with product managers to design, implement, and test software, while maintaining style standards and improving existing apps.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites look and function.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and peers to design, implement and test software applications.
  • Respond to technical requests regarding assigned application or component.
