• Looking for experienced UX and UI Designers

• Multiple Locations

Responsibilities

• Drive the UX design strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead user research and user testing initiatives.
• Brainstorm design ideas and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product team to define design requirements and project scope.
• Participate in and organize design workshops that drive discovery to better understand user’s needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Apply user-centered design principles and industry standards to advocating for the user throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers, engineers, and designers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Confidently present UX/UI design decisions and rational effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Document user research, design decisions and recommendations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior user experience team members.

Experience & Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience working on complex web experience with medium to large teams, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Highly proficient in human-centered designed principles, user research, usability, and accessibility.
• A strong portfolio with design examples demonstrating all phases of UX methodologies across multiple projects.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft suite.
• Solid foundation in Agile project methodology.
