Job summary

LYNQTECH is seeking a hands-on UX/UI designer to shape products through user-centered design in Hannover. You will own conception and implementation of UX/UI solutions and conduct user tests to drive concrete design decisions.

Collaborating with product, development, and UX colleagues, you will contribute to design guidelines, help advance UX maturity, and support teams with user-centered methods while enjoying a modern office, flexible work, and a dog-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Take operational responsibility for the conception and implementation of UX/UI solutions for our products.
• Conduct user tests and research activities, deriving concrete design decisions.
• Work closely with existing design guidelines and contribute to their meaningful further development.
• Work closely with product management, development, and UX colleagues, bringing together user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
• Bring your UX perspective to stakeholders and create acceptance for user-centered work.
• Support product teams in integrating user-centered methods into their daily work.
• Contribute to the further development of our UX processes, from discovery and research to validation and implementation.
• Identify potentials to advance our UX maturity and actively bring them into the team.
