Job description

This is a remote UX/UI Designer position for a maker who cares as much about the idea as the execution. Count it up: 4 years, $68,000 - $97,000, a creative charter, and the kind of StartupEdge growth that compounds.

• Cut a sixty-second story to fifteen without amputating the point
• Distill a hour-long strategy deck into one image that survives the hallway test
• Tighten a loose deck until every slide earns its place in the remote pitch
• Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to a Design Systems review
• Shape the visual language of StartupEdge's social, email, and ad creative

What You'll Bring

• Real Mobile-First Design chops, plus the Design Systems curiosity to keep growing
• Practical Decision Making skills sharpened in a remote setting
• A playfully-serious bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• Proven track record delivering results as a mid-level UX/UI Designer
• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• A knack for Adobe Photoshop that colleagues quietly come to rely on
• A FL sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
