Key Responsibilities

• Translate a founder's gut feeling into a system someone else can extend
• Set the typographic rhythm that ties a sprawling Coaching library together
• Pull through one fiercely-supportive visual idea across web, print, and the Orange, CA storefront

What You'll Bring

• Familiarity with the rhythms of a people-centered remote team
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• Around 5+ years of hands-on experience in a creative role
• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

Everything Tesla ships starts as a slow-to-anger argument in an Orange conference room about how Adobe XD should really work. Our team in CA keeps a running list of what we'd do differently, and we actually act on it.

Lead with the number, $86,000 - $117,000, then add a growth track, a mentor, full benefits, and hours that bend toward your Orange life.
