Judi Health in the United States is seeking a mid-level UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered interfaces for our benefit administration platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and designers to deliver accessible, responsive designs.

You will contribute to design systems, run usability tests, and mentor junior peers, while maintaining brand standards and a focus on detail. Hybrid work with offices in NYC, Denver, and Charlotte.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a UX or Product Designer role.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces with accessibility.
  • Portfolio demonstrates strong UX/UI principles with real projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)

Position Summary

The UX/UI Designer is a skilled contributor responsible for delivering user-centered designs for assigned product features and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes strong execution, attention to detail, and growth in design craft while supporting design system adoption and contributing to team success. Mid-Level designers participate in research, prototyping, and design execution, with opportunities to mentor junior peers informally.

New York, NY Salary Range: $95,200 USD - $119,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range: $87,200 USD - $109,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range: $79,200 USD - $99,000 USD
