Qualifications

• 5-7 years of design experience for marketing/internal tools.
• Proficiency with design tools and systems, delivering production-ready assets.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to evolve design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful, intuitive user experiences across Central Marketing internal tools.
• Translate complex requirements, workflows and data into clear interfaces.
• Create design artifacts from concepts to production-ready assets.
• Build a design system usable across Central Marketing platforms.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback and refine work.
• Extend existing patterns while exploring new solutions for emerging needs.
• Maintain alignment with principles of simplicity, clarity, and detail.
