Learn to create prototypes with the Arena design library, develop new components, and apply UX research to improve our design system in high‑visibility projects. This 10-week internship offers hands‑on learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Portfolio or samples of UI/UX work demonstrating user-centric design research.
• Experience designing with Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Impeccable attention to detail with pixel-perfect precision.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, customers, and design/engineering teams to identify user needs and product specs.
• Understand trends in technology and design to inform potential solutions.
• Recommend product requirements based on UX research and understanding.
• Create design prototypes using the Arena design library and maintain high UI standards.
• Develop new design components and contribute to the design library growth.
• Participate in design sessions and cross-functional reviews with teams.
• Present work and defend user needs and UX recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advocate for users by balancing user impact with business needs and effort.
• Communicate technical details clearly and effectively.
• Help define processes and best practices for initial design and UX research.
