Qualifications

• Experience designing and conducting usability and other user research studies.
• Familiarity with mixed methods: qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct independent UX research using qualitative methods and quantitative when needed.
• Communicate research findings effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, and online experiments.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and product management to advocate data-driven decisions.
