Job summary
SGS Consulting is seeking a User Experience Designer to lead UX deliverables within a cross-functional, Agile team. You will influence design decisions by applying UX best practices and research.
Collaborate with developers to implement solutions, advocate for the user, and translate business requirements into navigational flows, wireframes and prototypes.
You will prepare UX documentation, conduct usability tests, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Familiarity with UX design processes and best practices.
- Experience applying UX research methods.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile UX to define user stories and deliverables.
- Collaborate with developers to implement solutions efficiently.
- Gather feedback, analyze data, and manage changes to deliverables.
- Present designs to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
- Design visual style, interface, and interaction flows.
- Advocate for the user and align features with user needs.
- Translate rules and assets into UX systems and enterprise solutions.
- Prepare and distribute UX documentation including flows, wireframes and prototypes.
- Create research strategies and usability test plans; test hypotheses during iterations.
- Use heuristic reviews and user testing to assess usability.
