Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a senior designer for complex web applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Define and shape the product vision with the founder and functional leads.
• Collaborate with engineering to articulate design choices.
• Use end-user research to improve product experience.
• Conduct product UI testing and learn user behavior.
• Establish a design-first culture in the company.
• Scale the design system for consistency.
