SupportFinity™ is seeking a Mixed-Methods UX researcher in San Francisco to shape products through rigorous research at the intersection of AI and healthcare. This role involves generating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user-centric solutions.

We’re looking for a Mixed-Methods UX researcher who’s excited to work at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and human behavior. You’ll shape products from zero-to-one and beyond, working closely with design, product, engineering, product analytics and clinical partners to ensure we’re solving the right problems for real people. You’ll influence strategy, guide product direction, and elevate the quality of user experience through rigorous, human-centered research. This role is ideal for a researcher who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong methodological rigor, and excels at translating complex findings into clear product direction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,500-$185,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
