Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. in Belmont, CA invites a senior UX designer to lead usability initiatives and guide product design from ideation through validation. You will drive cross-brand UX improvements, mentor teams, and coordinate with partners across the Americas.
The role entails shaping user experiences for vehicle interfaces, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Proto.io, and traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Our value as UX designer to the ICC is to support the customer experience at all stages of the product development process, from blue-sky concept ideation to benchmark usability testing of our products on market versus competitors’ products. The goal of the ICC UX program centers on a core aspect of the ICC’s mission statement: “improving the customer experience.”
