Job summary

Machine Intelligence Technologies LLC is seeking a UX Designer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to shape user experiences for the Copilot product. You will lead research, create wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design systems across cross-functional teams.

You will advocate for accessibility, communicate design rationales to stakeholders, and stay current with UX trends to deliver user-centered software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with product design for software applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as accessibility standards.
